What is NEPA Fiber offering?

NEPA Fiber is an Internet Service Provider. We provide the infrastructure necessary to connect your home or business to the internet.

What is a Gigabit?

A Gigabit is 1000 Megabits. Our Gigabit internet plans are able to download full HD movies in 7 seconds or less.

Why does gigabit speed matter?

Slow internet speeds cause video buffering and limit the amount of devices that can access the internet at the same time. Gigabit internet allows for hundreds of devices to access the internet simultaneously.

Are there any data caps on my internet connection?

Nope! You are free to use as much data as you wish. However, our residential internet plans utilize pooled bandwidth so we cannot guarentee maximum speeds during peak hours.

Will I be able to use Wi-Fi with NEPA Fiber Internet?

Yes. However we do not provide Wi-Fi routers, you must supply your own or purchase that device from us separately.

Will you provide an email address along with service to replace my current ISP-provided email address?

NEPA Fiber does not offer email addresses, but you can sign up for a free email address at Gmail or Yahoo.

How do I change my plan?

You can login to your client dashboard or contact us at info@nepafiber.com and (888)333-8099 to change or cancel your service.

How and when will I be billed?

You will be billed once immediately upon subscribing. Your subscription will then renew monthly from the day your service is activated.

What payment options do I have?

We accept credit cards through our online billing platform; we also accept cash or check payments made out to "NEPA Fiber" at our office. Please do not mail cash payments.

Will I receive a paper bill?

No, you will receive a monthly invoice to your email. You may also download an invoice from the client dashboard.

Will the monthly charges be billed to the credit card I used to sign-up?

Yes. You may edit your payment details in the client dashboard.

I already have NEPA Fiber Internet installed. How do I cancel?

Please email us at info@nepafiber.com or login to your client dashboard to cancel your service.

When will NEPA Fiber be expanding into my area?

We're continuously expanding into new areas and we hope to cover the entire region as soon as possible. You can signup to be notified when we arrive in your area in the form above.
